Welcome once again as we prepare for the 102nd Old Home Day!!
FAIR DATE: Saturday, September 6, 2008
RAIN DATE: Saturday, September 13, 2008
LOCATION: Outdoors on the First Congregational Church grounds, Pelham Center, Pelham, NH.
TIME: 9:00am-6:00pm (set up time is from 7:00-8:30am) FREE parking is available behind the Municipal Center after set up. No vehicles are allowed on the church grounds after set up. All remaining vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Your space must be set up by 8:30 am on the morning of Old Home Day. Plan to leave your space set up until at least 5:00 pm.
SPACE FEE: $50 (non-refundable) All spaces are 10' X 10' (provide your own canopy). If your canopy is larger than 10' X 10' you must reserve an additional space. Canopies and tables will not be allowed to overlap into designated walkways. We do not provide tables or chairs. There is no space fee for non-profit organizations but they must register by the same deadline as the crafters. Non-profit spaces may be placed in the designated non-profit area in the event spaces in the main crafter area are not available.
In addition to the space fee, we request that you donate a craft for our Penny Sale. You can drop the item off with one of your business cards when you register on Old Home Day morning.
RESTRICTIONS:
Non-compliance with these restrictions will require us to close your space.

We DO NOT provide spaces for political candidates or controversial subject matter. |

RAFFLES ARE NOT ALLOWED. However, you can hold drawings for goods and services as long as there is NO CHARGE for the tickets. |

THE PELHAM UCC IS A WAR TOY FREE CHURCH. PLEASE DO NOT SELL GUNS, SWORDS, KNIVES, OR WEAPONS OF ANY SORT. This includes bang caps and accessories. |

We also prohibit the sale of public nuisance items such as "Silly String" and "Disappearing Ink". |

Make checks payable to: First Congregational Church, UCC. We cannot accept post-dated checks. |

Forms must be received by Friday, August 22, 2008. Due to limited space, make your reservations as soon as possible. |

Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you want a receipt. |

Enclose a photo of your craft if this is the first time you are attending. |
